Deliverables
Within the first 12 months, the BGBC will deliver realistic and recognized green building criteria to facilitate their financing.
These criteria will also include
- The adaptation of the new EPBD;
- a harmonised methodology for assessing embodied carbon (LCA);
- objective criteria for climate-adaptive buildings.
In parallel, the BGBC team will strengthen national visibility and build active links within the European GBC network.
Subsequent initiatives—on asset valuation, financing models for renovation, business model for circular solutions, and benchmark—will build on these outcomes.
